Just a quick thankyou, for the recent call out & resolving our boiler/heating issue. I know you guys have not been around as long as the “more established” companies around, but i am very very impressed with your service. Your customer care skills are second to none in my opinion, and i always feel assured when i speak to you. I fully intend, that we use you guys to service our boilers on a annual basis, along with any other problems should they occur, because of your competitive prices. Because of the above, i am going to recommend your services to our chain of schools under our trust. 

NPD Plumbing recently installed a new water boiler in our school plant room.  Their quote was fair and competitive and the work carried out was completed without any issues and in a timely fashion.  They arrived when they said they would, left the site clean and tidy afterwards and arranged for the boiler to be commissioned before completion.

Their engineers are polite, approachable and easy to deal with.  I would be happy to recommend them and will be calling on them again.

Although N.P.D Plumbing are a relatively new company, the lads have years of experience and trade knowledge.
If I have any plumbing or heating problems, they are the first people I call for help, advice and prompt professional service.
